Enlisted in the RCAF in 1942 and was posted to 19 OTU in July 1944, training as a bomb aimer. He was killed on August 30, 1944 when Whitley Mk. V, AD712 crashed near Stirling. F/O Tucker was 21 years old. He and his fellow airmen are interred in Cadder Cemetery, Lanarkshire."
