Medal Award - April 1998 |

| In recognition of the Association's commemoration of the presence of Polish troops in Scotland the Government of Poland, on the recommendation of the Edinburgh based Consul General, has approved the medal award : | ||||||
"The Custodian of Places of National Remembrance" |
||||||
| The chairman of the Association, Sqn Ldr Bill Jacobs RAF [Retd] received the medal on behalf of the Association from Mr L Wieciech, the Consul General at a small private event attended by Mr Wieciech's family and members of the Association in the Park Hotel, Forres, on Thursday 9th April 1998. | ||||||
